Hi, we're Nassim and Anya. We live just down the road.

We live together in Ebenezer and build websites for the businesses around us. Anya does the design, Nassim writes the code and looks after you from the first call. So far: a horse trainer in Kurmond, a 24/7 gym in Vineyard and an egg farmer in Wilberforce.

You deal with the two of us, from the first chat to launch day. No account managers, no call centre and no tech talk. If something on your website needs fixing, you call Nassim and we fix it.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, the hosting and every login are set up in your name, and the website is yours once the final invoice is paid. There's no lock-in, so you can take it anywhere.

Do I need to know anything about computers?

No. You send us your logo, a few photos and the basics about your business. We do the rest, and we explain each step as we go.

How long does it take?

About 2 weeks for a one-page website, 4 weeks for Growth and 6 weeks for Premium. The main thing that speeds it up is getting your photos and details to us early.

What if I don't like the design?

Nothing goes live until you love it. You see the first design within a week, tell us what you'd change, and we shape it together around your business. You only pay the second half once you're happy.

What do the domain and hosting cost?

They're paid straight to the provider, in your name, so you're never paying a markup to us. We tell you the exact cost before we start.

What if I want to change something later?

With the Care Plan ($99 a month) we look after updates and up to 30 minutes of small changes each month. Without it, changes are $70 an hour and we tell you the cost first. Extra pages are $200 each.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The Care Plan months included in your package are free, and before they end we ask you in writing whether you'd like to keep it. It never renews on its own.
